
Stephanie Maatouk
Stephanie Maatouk is a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. She has completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Swiss Business School, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Psychology at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Sciences. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development, Stephanie has also obtained certification as a Hypnotherapist from the Dave Elman Hypnosis Institute.
With expertise in Art Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and the assessment and rehabilitation of gross and fine motor skills, Stephanie has extensive experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations, providing early intervention and family-centered support. Her clinical focus includes Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Neurodevelopmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Disorders, Genetic Disorders, and Learning Difficulties.
In addition to her pediatric practice, Stephanie also works with adult populations, including individuals recovering from stroke and those living with rheumatoid arthritis, supporting them in achieving greater independence in activities of daily living and improving overall quality of life.
At Aman Lil Afia Clinic, Stephanie collaborates closely with therapists, educators, supervisors, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized care. She has worked across pediatric, polyclinic, and welfare center settings in Lebanon and the UAE, gaining broad clinical experience and cultural competence.
Stephanie is a trilingual professional, fluent in Arabic, English, and French, enabling her to effectively communicate with individuals and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Her strong communication skills enhance therapeutic relationships and allow her to deliver personalized, client-centered care.
